I’ve been distant lately, or so I assume from the polite notes about my off-radar-ness trickling in.
“Are you alive girl?”
“Where’s flamingo?”
“I haven’t seen anything much from flamingo…. um?”
“We haven’t talked in a long time. Sort that shit out please.”
Was it something they said? Or did? Or didn’t do? Nup. Though I must say I’m rather glad that people haven’t felt the need to bump their queries up to extreme welfare checking, because that is generally awkward for everyone. And no one wants that, so I’m checking in now as I nosh on some oats and a cup of tea.
I am alive, flamingo is here and you haven’t seen much from these parts because I’ve been kicking it away from my computer. It’s winter in these parts, so I could say I’ve taken a shine to hibernation, but that would be wildly fibbing. In actual fact I’ve been ambling around making contact with the outside world. There’s been polka dotted rhinos, hidden streets escapades, crystals, charity auctions, wee houses within bars and a bunny named John Snow. And believe it or not I’ve found myself employed in the wealth creation field. Shocking, I know. But through all the distractions, I forgot to take a breath apparently, because I hit a wall and succumbed to one of those flu type situations. This is otherwise known as forced rest and subsequently, forced reflection time.
Lovers, this goes to prove that if you’re straying from your good life (especially in cases of neglecting to give yourself TLC), old mate Cosmos will find a way to draw you back to the fold with whatever lesson is deemed appropriate. The more we ignore, the louder the lessons get. So it behooves us to pay attention to what’s coming up now, yes or yes?
For me right now it’s more rest, less trying to do all of the things. At once. For you it could be the complete opposite, it might be go time. It might be exploring, or reconnecting, or taking a leap of faith. Whatever it is, embrace the verb that’s most crucial to your moving forward in your journey lovers.
Yours in Nonsense,
Casey xo
P.S. Oh and I got a hair cut. I’m now sporting a fringe. How’s your hair looking?

And oh my, how LOUD the lessons can get. Hope you enjoyed the oats and tea.
